Bridging Borders to Combat Violence Against Women
We began the "Bridging Borders to Combat Violence Against Women (VAW)" project last August 2024, with a purpose to equip young leaders in rural communities with the knowledge and tools to combat violence against women. The project connected 16 women with 3 experienced U.S. women leaders enabling cross-cultural insights and support to address VAW. The women leaders engaged with more than 600 youth and women in their local communities through innovative outreach initiatives.
